A note from the founder創業者より
This part is personal. I sponsor a young golfer chasing a professional career — real talent, held back by entry fees, travel costs, and rounds he can't afford to play. Golfers like him are everywhere in Japan. A share of every set we build — and any clubs or proceeds you choose to pass forward — goes toward supporting them. Donating is never required. It's simply here, for anyone who wants their trip to leave something behind. ここは、個人的な話でもある。プロを目指す若手ゴルファーを、僕自身がスポンサーとして支援している。才能はあるのに、エントリー費や遠征費がかさみ、満足にラウンドすらできない——そんな子が、日本のゴルフ界にはたくさんいる。製作するすべてのセットの売上の一部、そしてお客様から寄贈・寄付いただいたクラブや代金は、そうした若手ゴルファーの支援に充てさせていただく。寄付は必須ではない。ただ、旅の先に何かを残したいと思ってくれた方のために、ここに用意している。

Based on your specs and Japan shop pricing, plus our margin — first delivery to your hotel or course is included. One all-in total, confirmed before you pay, no hidden fees. スペックと国内仕入価格に、Japan Golf Bagのマージンを乗せて算出します。初回のホテル・ゴルフ場への配送費込みです。発注前に総額一本でご確認いただき、追加費用は発生しません。
Storage, cleaning, and a condition check while your bag waits for your next trip. Billed monthly for as long as it's with us — cancel anytime you call for delivery or take it home. Shipping out of storage is billed separately, at cost. Only applies if you choose to leave it with us. 次回のご来日まで、保管・クリーニング・状態確認を行います。お預かりしている間、月ごとのお支払いとなり、配送依頼または持ち帰りのタイミングでいつでも解約できます。保管先からの発送費は別途実費でご負担いただきます。「日本で保管する」を選んだ場合のみ発生する費用です。

No. Every set is brand new and yours to keep, store, or pass on — you choose. いいえ。すべて新品です。持ち帰るか、保管するか、次世代へつなぐか——お客様が自由にお選びいただけます。
How do I pay?支払い方法は？
One payment, in full, after you confirm your quote — before we place the order. 見積内容をご確認いただいた後、発注前に一括でのお支払いとなります。
Do I need to know my exact specs before ordering?スペックが分かっていないと注文できませんか？
Yes — we build only to confirmed specs. If you haven't been fitted yet, we recommend getting fitted locally first, then coming back to us with the results. はい、確定したスペックがある方のみ承っています。まだフィッティングがお済みでない場合は、お近くで一度フィッティングを受けていただいてから、その結果を持ってご連絡ください。
Is tax-free shopping available?免税（Tax-Free）に対応していますか？
Not yet — sets are sold as standard, tax-included purchases in Japan for now. 現時点では未対応です。日本国内における通常の税込販売となります。
